Bob Atkinson
Bob Atkinson, resident of Chatfield in West Hartford, Conn., won his lifelong goal with Experiences of a Lifetime. Atkinson wanted to have a ride in a hot air balloon.
"I believe this experience will be exhilarating," said Atkinson. "I will feel a great satisfaction from having the opportunity to have a lifelong dream fulfilled."

Jean Pettit
Pettit, an 84-year-old resident of Freedom Plaza Peoria, Arizona, was honored she won her Experience of a Lifetime - skydiving.
In her winning essay, Pettit wrote, "George Bush, Sr. did it at age 80. I'm just 84 and in pretty good health. Therefore, I'd love to fulfill this lifetime wish." "This would be further proof that an older person can still dream and do many things," she said.

Alfred Bouey
“I felt born again,” said Alfred Bouey, resident of Holley Court Terrace, a Brookdale Senior Living community in Oak Park, Ill., when describing experiencing the Inauguration of President Obama.
“I never dreamed this day would ever happen in American history. I have witnessed not only my greatest wish, but also the dream of my parents,” said Bouey, the grandson of slaves. “I’m still on cloud nine,” he said.

Eve Stovall
The day may have dawned overcast, but the sun was shining in Eve Stovall’s heart and face. Stovall, a resident of Heritage at Gaines Ranch in Austin took a ride of a lifetime on Saturday, September 6, 2008.
The "leader of the pack" in a yellow Corvette convertible, driven by a member of the Longhorn Corvette Club, Stovall was driven from Heritage at Gaines Ranch down MoPac Expressway to the State Capitol and back again – therefore fulfilling her wish for an "experience of a lifetime."

Clella Adams A special guest recently returned from Washington, D.C. with a dream fulfilled. Clella Adams, resident of Bradford Village, a Brookdale Senior Living managed continuing care retirement community in Edmond, Okla., won an Experience of a Lifetime and has fulfilled her deceased husband’s wish of seeing the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C.
"The trip was very special; truly wonderful," said Adams. "It was very emotional for me."
